Unfortunately, The 2 Phat Chicks plan to stay on track and keep losing weight has failed {hence the lack of last weeks weigh-in}...but hey live and learn...it's never to late to get back on track! So, luckily, T has a great friend who was kind enough to give her this great, new, work out DVD that seems simply
phenomenal.
It's called The Tracy Anderson Method. And lets just say she sure does kick your butt into shape even though it looks like she is practically doing
nothing! After doing a mere 2 minutes of the arm workout both T and J thought their arms might possibly fall off!
SO...the 2 Phat Chicks new plan is to keep counting calories {or shall we say, re-start counting calories} and to do this
fabulous new workout video at least 3 times a week! Let's all hope they can keep on track this time and start seeing results...which reminds them tomorrow is their first day to take their monthly measurements...they have to admit they are a tiny bit nervous! :) Wish them luck!
